• Beef mince 250 gm
• Sausage 250 gm (ground)
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper powder 1 tsp
• Lemon juice 2 tsp
• Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
• Bread as required

Cook ground beef and sausage together along salt and black pepper powder.

Crumble into small pieces and drain off extra fats.

Cut bread slices into round shape.

Set a layer of beef and sausage followed by cheese.

Places bread slices on baking tray and bake at 180 C until cheese melt.

Serve warm.
