• Eggs 3
• Oil/butter 2 teaspoon
• Cheddar cheese grated(amount depends upon your taste)
• Salt & pepper as per to taste.

Gather all ingredients .

Mix in a bowl, eggs, salt & pepper.

Take a skillet/pan, heat the oil in it .

Pour the egg mix into the pan so that an even layer is formed.

As the top sets, run the spatula around the sides & lift the top so that it won''t stick to the pan.

Remove pan from heat.

Place cheese over the top .

Fold the egg wraps inward, like a roll.serve it!
