Recipe for Asian Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients
- Eggs 6
- Onions 4 (finely chopped)
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Green coriander ½ bunch
- Green Chilies 4 (chopped)
- Whole red Chilies 6 or to taste
- Oil as required
Cooking Directions
Take a pan in oil Saute the onions to golden brown.
When the onions turn golden brown take out half of its quantity.
Beat eggs, turmeric and salt and mix it in the other half of the onions.
Slightly saute then add red chili, green chili, and coriander.
Khagina is ready.
