Recipe for Peppercorn Steak
Ingredients
- For Peppercorn Steak:
- Undercut pieces 2-8
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Mustard paste 1/2 tsp
- Sauce 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- For Peppercorn Sauce :
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Butter 1 tsp
- Flour 1 tbsp (heaped)
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Water 1/2 cup
- Fresh cream 2 tbsp
- H.P sauce 1 tsp
- Burn sugar syrup 2 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Marinade undercut steak pieces with garlic paste, salt, crushed black pepper & mustard paste.
Then heat oil, fry undercut steak on both sides for 3-4 minutes or until tender.
Now add sauce and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
Then take out in sizzler dish and serve with crushed black pepper, onion rings, French fries & boiled vegetables.
For Sauce: In pan heat oil & butter, add flour, salt, crushed black pepper & water and cook until it becomes thick.
Now add fresh cream,Sauce & burn sugar syrup and make sauce.
