Recipe for Thai Style Baked Cheese Prawns
Ingredients
- 2 - 3 tablespoons oil
- 2 teaspoons ginger and garlic
- 200 grams prawns
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemongrass
- 1 teaspoon lemon rind
- 1 tablespoon Thai red curry paste
- 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 2 - 3 green chilies
- 2 - 3 tablespoons cheddar cheese
Cooking Directions
Heat oil, fry ginger and garlic.
Add prawns and cook for 2 minutes.
Add seasoning and all other ingredients.
Cook again for 5 - 6 minutes.
Transfer in baking dish and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
Bake for 10 minutes and serve.
