• 300 grams prawns
• 1 tsp Red chili flakes
• to taste salt
• to taste Ajinomoto
• pinch Sugar
• 2 tbsps coriander
• 4 tbsps cornflour
• 1 egg
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 2 cups Oil

Ina bowl mix all ingredients except oil

Make a batter with that ingredients

Take cooked prawns, dip them in a batter and deep fry them

Serve with chili sauce
