Recipe for Badham Kheer
Ingredients
- 1 cup of almonds
- 2.5 cups of milk
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- A pinch of saffron
Cooking Directions
Soak the almonds in hot water for 10 minutes.
The skins should snap off easily, peel them.
Grind the almonds, with the milk.
Simmer the almond mixture for about 15 minutes, and then add the sugar mix until the sugar melts.
Garnish with a pinch of saffron.
