Recipe for Andon Ka Halwa

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 12
  • Milk powder – 300g
  • Brown Sugar – 300 g
  • Clarified Butter or Oil – 300 g
  • Green Cardamom Powder – 15 g

Cooking Directions

Beat eggs in a bowl then add brown sugar, milk powder, clarified butter and cardamom powder one by one and keep on beating.

Cook on a very low heat and keep on stirring with a spoon.

When it is fully cooked you will be able to see that Clarified Butter is separated from the mixture.

Spread the mixture in a steel trey and cut in cubes when it cools down.
