Recipe for Chinese Fried Fish
Ingredients
- Carp fish 3 whole, medium
- Corn flour 1 tbsp dissolved in water
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Capsicums 2 (cubed)
- Spring onion 2 tbsp finely cut
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
- Ginger ½ tsp chopped
- Garlic ½ tsp chopped
- Chilli sauce 3 tbsp
- Sesame seeds 1 tbsp roasted
- Red chillies 2 tsp crushed
- Oil 2 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Marinate fish in ginger, garlic and soy sauce and set aside for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a big frying pan and fry fish from both sides.
Now add vinegar, chillies, spring onions and capsicums, lightly stir fry.
Add in corn flour, chilli sauce and ¼ cup water and cook till it starts to thicken.
Sprinkle red chillies and sesame seeds, take it off the flame.
Serve hot with fried rice.
