Recipe for Fried fish
Ingredients
- 8 pieces Fish
- 1tablespoon Garam masala powder
- to taste Salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Red chilies crushed
- 1 table spoon White vinegar
- 1table spoon Garlic crushed
- to fry Oil
Cooking Directions
Sprinkle all of the dried spices on fish. Apply white vinegar and garlic on it.
Place fish in a clean platter and put the platter in fridge.
Leave it there for two hours.
Fry the fish in a frying pan with oil. Fry one side and turn on other when it is golden brown.
After other side is cooked similarly, place the fish in a serving plate, cut lemons and green chilies along with green coriander and place on fish for garnishing. Serve hot.
