Recipe for Moong Dal Bhajia
Ingredients
- Moong dal 1 cup
- Methi 1 bunch
- Ripe banana 1
- Chilli and ginger paste 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil as needed
Cooking Directions
Soak moong dal overnight. Grind it coarsely.
Add washed and chopped methi, salt, mashed banana, green chillies and ginger.
Mix well. Then add 2 tbsps. hot oil in this paste.
Heat oil in a pan, fry small pakoras. When golden brown,
remove and serve hot.
