Recipe for Chicken Nacho Grilled
Ingredients
- Tortilla chips 40 gm bag (crushed)
- Chicken breasts 4
- Spicy tomato salsa 2 cups
- Sour cream 142 ml
- Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup (grated)
Cooking Directions
Put the chicken breasts on a non-stick baking tray, season, then slash each 3 times with a knife.
Spoon 1 tbsp of salsa on top of each, then 1 tbsp sour cream.
Sprinkle the chips over the chicken, then the cheese.
Roast for 15-20 mins at 180 degrees C or until the topping is golden and melting.
