• 1/2 kg - beef
• 3 - onions
• 2 - tomatoes
• 3 - green chillies
• 1 tbsp - red chilly powder
• 1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
• 1/4 tsp - garam masala
• 2 tbsp - oil

Boil all together in a cooker with enough water.

Once boiled, heat a kadai with oil and fry the beef (reserve the gravy).

Remove the fried beef from the pan and boil the gravy till the water evaporates.

Add the fried beef and curry leaves and garam masala
