Recipe for Aloo Meethi Daal
Ingredients
- Potatoes½ kg
- Tomatoes4
- Red chili powder1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
- Turmeric1 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Green chilies4
- Curry leaves few
- Nigella seeds1 tsp
- Tamarind paste 1 tbsp
- For Bigar:
- Whole red chilies4
- White cumin1 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds few
- Curry leaves Few
- Oil1 cup
Cooking Directions
Peel the potatoes and add in 4 tomatoes and 3 cup water. Boil them. Blend them in the blender.
Put the mixtiure in the pan and add in red chili, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, salt and curry leaves along with ginger garlic paste and some slat.
Add in curry leaves and green chilies and 1 tbsp tamarind paste.
Whne the green chilies are cooked add in lentil and 1 tsp nigella seeds. Add in 1 cup oil and red cilies and 1 tsp cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds . simmer and serve hot.
