Recipe for Haryali Kabab
Ingredients
- Beef Mince ½ kg
- Chopped Mint leaves1 bunch
- Green coriander2 bunches
- Egg 1
- Bread slices 2
- Green chilies 8
- Gramflour1 tbsp
- All spice powder 1 tbsp
- Raw papaya paste1 tbsp
- Seekh kabab masala 2 tbsp
- Fresh cream2 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
Take 3-4 cup fresh cream, 1 small packet milk, 1 cup yogurt and ½ cup sugar.
Add in 1 tbsp gram flour in 1 tbsp clarified butter and cook it for some time.
Chop together ½ kg chicken mince with bread slices and chutney.
Add in 1 tbs1 bunch mint leaves, some salt, 2 tbsp seekh kabab masaka, roasted gram flour, 1 egg, 2 tbsp fresh cream, and 1 tbsp papaya paste.
Keep it for some time. Make seekh kabab and shallow fry them. Serve haryali kabab with roti.
