Recipe for Murgh Imli Chawal
Ingredients
- Rice2 – 2 ½ cups
- Chicken Boneless½ kg
- Chopped green chilies10
- Tamarind½ cup
- Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
- Roasted and crushed cumin1tsp
- Crushed black pepper1 tsp
- Chopped onion 4
- Saltto taste
- Curry leavesfew
- Oil1 cup
Cooking Directions
Soak 2- 2 ½ cups of rice boil them along with some salt. Boil ½ kg chicken with 10 chopped green chilies, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 1tbsp ginger garlic paste,
few curry leaves, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, few curry leaves,1 tsp roasted and c rushed cumin and some salt.
Boil it. Take 1 cup oil in the pan add in chopped onion and fry it till they are golden brown. Take it out on a tissue paper.
Then add in the hot oil in the chicken, cook it. Then add in ½ cup tamarind paste. Grease a pan and add in 1.2 of rice.
Add in the prepared chicken and ½ of the onion. put rest of the rice. Simmer it and dish it out. Serve hot!
