Recipe for Afghani Pulao/Pilaf
Ingredients
- Chicken ½ kg (boiled)
- Rice 250 gm
- Salt ½ tsp
- Oil ¼ cup
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Ginger 1 tsp
- Onion 1 cup
- Almond ¼ cup (crushed)
- Yogurt ¼ cup
- Butter 2 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Heat oil and fry onion and take out half onion.
Then fry boiled chicken, ginger, garlic with yogurt for five minutes.
Now boil rice and fry almond in butter.
Now put rice and chicken in pan/wok and steam for two minutes.
Then take out in dish and sprinkle onion and almond.
Delicious Afghani Pulao is ready to serve.
