• Salt to taste
• Rice 500 gm
• Onion spring 1 cup
• Soya Sauce 4 tbsp
• Eggs 4-5
• Cooking Oil 1/4 cup
• Chicken Powder 1 tbsp
• Food Colour a pich

Soak rice in water for half an hour. Now boil the rice in salted water till cooked.

Drain and leave aside. Whisk eggs with salt and a little yellow food color. Fry the whisked eggs till half set.

Now scramble the half set eggs. Heat oil in a pan and add boiled rice, stir.

Now add scrambled fried egg, spring onion, salt, chicken powder, soya sauce and mix well.Serve hot with gravy of choice.
