Recipe for Tawa Paneer Qeema
Ingredients
- Beef Mince½ kg
- Red chili flakes1 tbsp
- Turmeric1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Chopped onion (fried)2
- Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper1 tsp
- Lemons 2
- Cottage Cheese 2 packets
- Chopped mint leaves½ bunch
- Chopped green coriander½ bunch
- Chopped green chilies4
- Cooking oil1 cup
Cooking Directions
Take a tawa and add in ½ kg beef mince, salt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 1 tsp turmeric. Keep it to cook.
When the water dries, add in 1 tbsp red chili flakes, 4 chopped green chilies and 1 cup oil. Cook it gradually.
Now stir fry the cottage cheese cubes separately and put it over the mince.
Add in 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 2 lemon juice, chopped green coriander and chopped mint leaves. Cook it.
In the dish it out and add in 2 tbsp chopped ginger, green coriander, green chilies and 2 chopped fried onions. Serve it hot!
