Recipe for White mutton karahai
Ingredients
- 1/2 kilo Mutton
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 4 Green chilies chopped for garnishing
- 12 Boiled Almond
- 1 cup Oil
- 1/2 cup Fresh milk
- 1/2 cup Fresh cream
- 1 tsp White pepper
- 1 tbsp Ginger paste
- 2 tbsps Poppy seed
- Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
In a pot add ½ kilo mutton, 1 cup yogurt salt to taste and 1tbsp ginger garlic paste and cook until water dries up.
Now add 1 cup oil, 2 tbsp soaked poppy seed, 1tsp white pepper and 12 boiled almonds and cook.
Cook it till oil separate up and then add ½ cup fresh cream and ½ cup fresh milk leave to cook.
At the end garnish with chopped green chilies and dish up with naan.
