• 1 – 1/2 cups all purpose flour (maida)
• 2 eggs beaten
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 cup sugar
• 4 tbsp unsalted butter
• 1/2 tsp lemon extract
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup butter milk

In a big bowl, combine all the ingredients very well.
Blend until smooth.

Preheat the oven at 350 degrees and grease the cake bake pan with some butter.

Spread the prepared cake mix into the greased baking pan and place in preheated oven.

Bake for about 45 minutes till the cake turns to soft and moist.

Frost the cake with your favorite topping and fruits, cut into desired shapes and portions.
Serve yummy.
