• Sugar 500g
• Eggs 12
• Plain Flour 500g
• Raisins 100g
• Vanilla Essence 1 tbsp
• Baking Powder 1 tbsp
• Butter 750g
• Walnut 100g
• Chocolate Chips 100g

Add 12 eggs to a bowl and beat well. Then add baking powder and sugar gradually, stirring constantly. Add vanilla essence and butter. Then add plain flour and mix.

Add walnuts, raisins and chocolate chips. Cover your baking tray with a butter paper and pour in the cake batter.

Bake for 18 to 20 minutes at 180 c in a pre-heated oven.
A delicious Fruit Cake is ready to serve.
