Recipe for Cashew nut gulkand sweet cutlet
Ingredients
- Dried whole milk(khoya)-400g
- Cashew nut powder-250g
- Sugar-225g
- Gulkand(sweet preserve of rosé petals)-1/2cup
- cashew nut powder-
- 2tbspRose petals-2tbsp
Cooking Directions
Roast Khoya in a pan on low heat and add sugar,stir and add 250 g cashew nut powder .remove from heat and set aside
Add 2tbsp of cashew nut powder in gulkand for filling.
Make round balls of khoya mixture ,add filling and press with second ball of khoya mixture.
Give any shape of cutlet and decorate with rosé leaves.
Serve- 20 pieces. Cooking time-25 minutes
