Recipe for Mutton Kurma

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Mutton
  • 400 gm Ghee
  • 4 pieces cinnamon
  • 20 Pepper seeds
  • 8 Red chilli
  • 5 Onion (chopped)
  • 10 Cloves
  • 15 Mint leaves (Tez patta)
  • 3 tbsp Dhania Powder
  • Salt as per taste

Cooking Directions

Cut the mutton to pieces and cleanly wash it, keep it in a vessel. Add all other ingredients mentioned above in to vessel.

Add required quantity of water and boil it on a oven for about
twenty-five minutes. Stop boiling when ghee floats on top.

Now tasty Mutton Kurma is ready for use. This goes well with poori, chapati and roti
