• 400 gms chicken mince
• 50 gms cheese
• 5 gms chaat masala
• 1 chopped green chilli
• 5 gms chopped ginger
• Salt and black salt according to taste
• 7. ½ teaspoon white pepper
• 5 gms chopped coriander
• 5 gms chopped mint
• 50 gms white butter
• 50 gms double cream
• 1 pinch cardamom powder

Mix all the ingredients well and press them onto a skewer. Do this till the mixture has firmly adhered to the skewer.

Grill the kebabs - grilling on a coal fire gives them a lovely smokey flavor. Turn as often as required.

Serve piping hot on a bed of onion rings and with green chutney.
