• 3 hard boiled Egg quartered
• Make Batter of :
• 1 cup Besan flour/ Gram flour
• Water as required
• 2 tbsp Salt
• a pinch of Soda Bicarbonate
• 1/2 tbsp chilli Powder
• 1 tbsp Cumin Powder
• 1/2 tbsp Asafoetida
• 1 tbsp garam masala powder
• Oil for deep frying

Make batter of besan flour with required quantity of water.

Add into batter- salt,soda bicarbonate,chilli powder,cumin powder,asafoetida and garam masala powder.

Dip each piece of egg in the batter and deep fry till light brown. serve as a snack of side dish with tomato sauce.
