Recipe for Bread Samosa
Ingredients
- 1 pound bread
- A bowl of water
- Oil for frying
- 1 tsp rice flour
- Stuffing:
- Potatoes (boiled, peeled, mashed)
- Green peas (boiled)
- Mint leaves (chopped finely)
- chilli powder
- tsp garam masala
- 2-3 green chillies (chopped)
- Salt taste
Cooking Directions
Add all the stuffing ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
In a pan, heat the oil.
Gently cut the ends of a bread slice (the brownish portion) and soak the slice in a bowl of water.
Squeeze out the excess water, fill the stuffing and fold it in the form of cones. Seal the ends with any flour paste (flour mixed with water).
Deep fry the samosas in oil until brown and drain the excess oil.
Tasty Indian snack is ready to serve. Serve with spicy sauce or tamarind chutney.
