• Diced chicken – as required
• Egg – 1
• Corn Flakes (corn flakes for breakfast) – as required
• Flour – as required

Place corn flakes in a bag or in a mortar and pounded to break.

Not be crushed at all for the end result is crisp batter. They spend the chicken pieces in flour then in egg and finally by the chopped corn flakes. Fry the coatedchicken in hot oil.
