• Milk 1 liter
• Sugar 10 tbsp
• Cocoa powder 5 tbsp
• Corn flour 2 tbsp
• Chocolate chip biscuit (bisconi)
• Pineapple chunks

Bring boil in the milk and add sugar. Dissolve cocoa powder in some water add in milk whilst stirring constantly.

Make paste of corn flour by adding some water. Add corn flour in custard to thicken. Remove from stove let it cool.

Now in serving dish assemble biscuits on base then pineapple chunks.

Pour custard on it decorate with cream and glaced cherries.
Serve chilled.
