Recipe for Mango Ice Cream
Ingredients
- Egg whites 4
- Superfine sugar 1 3/4 cups
- Heavy cream 2 1/2
- Mangoes 2 ripe, roughly chopped
Cooking Directions
Whisk the egg whites until very stiff and standing in peaks.
Gradually whisk the sugar in the egg whites.
Add the cream and continue beating until mixture is thick
and cream.
Gently add and mix mango pieces.Cover and freeze until almost set.
Take out, beat again and return to the freezer to set overnight.
To soften it a little, place in the refrigerator one hour before serving.
