• 3 lb boneless chicken
• ... 1 tablespoon ginger paste
• 1 tablespoon garlic paste
• 1 small onion
• 3 tablespoon gram flour (besan)- roasted
• 1 tablespoon plain yogurt
• 1 ½ teaspoons garam masala
• 1 teaspoon Red chili Powder
• ½ teaspoon cumin powder
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• ¼ cup cilantro- chopped
• 6-7 green chilies- chopped

In a food processor, mince chicken with ginger, garlic and onion.

Add all the spices, gram flour, cilantro, green chilies and yogurt into the minced chicken.

Take a handful of the chicken mixture and carefully put it on the skewers.

put them on the grill, make sure the Kabobs are not touching the grill.

If you don’t want to grill them, you can bake them at 375 F or shallow fry them on stove top.
