• 1 Whole Chicken
• 2 tbsp cornflour
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 1 cup grated cheese
• 3tbsp ginger/garlic paste salt to test
• 1/2 tsp mustard powder
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1Bread crumbs
• 2 eggs white
• Oil for deep frying
• 1 cup milk

Cut chicken into pieces.

Heat oil in a pot and fry onion ginger/garlic paste, till golden.

Make a paste of milk, egg whites,cornflour , salt, black pepper powder and cheese in a bowl.

*First coat the chicken pieces in this paste and then coat them with bread crumbs.*Heat oil in a wok and fry the chicken.
