Recipe for Potato cutlets
Ingredients
- one k.g Potatoes
- to taste Salt
- 1tablespoon Red pepper grounded
- 4 tablespoon Green coriander leaves
- 4 teaspoon Green chilies finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Dried pomegranate seeds
- half (medium sized) Onion finely chopped
- as required Bread crumbs
- for shallow frying Oil
Cooking Directions
Boil potatoes till they becomes soft and tender.
Mesh potatoes and add all of the ingredients.
Shape the cutlets in round shape, keep thickness normal.
Dip in cold water and then make a coat of bread crumbs.
Take a pan; make it greasy with oil and shallow fry cutlets.
Put out in a platter and serve with chappati, rice or as a snack with tea.
