• Boneless chicken or beef 1/2 kg
• Boiled potatoes 250gm
• Boiled eggs 3 (sliced)
• Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
• Salt 1 tbsp
• Green chilies 10
• Coriander powder 1 tbsp
• Soya sauce 1 tbsp
• Milk 1/4 cup
• Fine wheat flour 1 tbsp
• Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
• Black pepper 1 tsp
• Oil 4 tbsp
• Egg 1 (beaten)
• Samosay patiyan as required

Add oil ginger garlic paste, salt ,coriander powder and green chilies in chicken or beef and cook until tender.

When meat gets tender mash it and add egg pieces and mashed boil potatoes, garam masala powder and black pepper in it and mix the mixture smoothly.

Make a solution of milk ,soya sauce and fine wheat flour.

Heat oil in a pan, add mixture and milk solution in it now mix the both gently.

This is the mixture for box patice which is ready.

Now take 2 samosay patiyan and place it like "plus sign" now keep the small quantity of mixture in center and fold or wrap it with the help of a beaten egg.

In the same manner utilize the whole mixture by making box patties.

Now when all box patice are ready fry them.
