Recipe for Onion Pakora

Ingredients

  • 200 grams Gram flour
  • 1 tbsp Chopped green chili
  • 1 1/2 cups Sliced onion
  • 1/2 tbsp Cumin powder
  • 3 cups Oil
  • 1 tbsp Chopped green coriander
  • to taste Salt

Cooking Directions

Mix all ingredients with gram flour and add water to make a thick batter.

Heat oil in a wok. Drop batter with a tablespoon into hot oil.
Deep fry until cooked and golden brown in color.

Remove from oil and keep on an absorbent paper to remove excess oil. Serve hot with chutney
