Recipe for Steamed fish
Ingredients
- 100 grams spring onion greens sliced
- 3-4 fish fillets
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 red chilli, sliced
- 1 tbsp ginger, crushed
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsps hoisin sauce
Cooking Directions
Put the spring onions on the bottom of the steamer tray and put the fish on top, season with lemon slices, chilli and ginger,
cover with a tight fitting lid, sit over a pan of simmering water, steam for 6-8 minutes, until fish is opaque and cooked.
Heat vinegar and hoisin sauce in a pan and pour in a small bowl, serve with fish.
