Recipe for Fish Fillet With Butter Sauce
Ingredients
- Fish Fillet 2
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Ingredients for Butter Sauce :
- Egg yolk 1
- Chicken Stock 1 cup
- Butter 100 gm
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Flour 1 tbsp
- Oregano ½ tsp
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Parsley for garnish
Cooking Directions
Marinate Fish Fillet with 1 tsp black pepper, ¼ tsp salt and 2 tbsp flour.
Now heat 100 gm butter and shallow fry fish fillet till its color turn to golden brown.
Take the fish fillet out of pan.
Add 1 tbsp flour in remaining butter, fry well.
Then add 1 cup chicken stock, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 egg yolk, 2 tbsp cream and ½ tsp oregano. Cook till sauce thickens.
Lastly put fried fish in a serving dish, top with bitter sauce and serve.
