Recipe for Chinese Egg Rice
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sliced capsicum
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 4 tsps chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup chopped spring onions
- 1/2 cup Carrot sliced
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- to taste salt
- 4 cups boiled rice
- 4 tsps worcesterchire sauce
- 2 tsps soya sauce
Cooking Directions
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and saute’ for a minute.
Add beaten eggs and stir them continuously.
When eggs are cooked, add all vegetables, salt and black pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
Add boiled rice, worcesterchire sauce and soya sauce, mix well.
Cover it and cook on a slow flame for 6mins
Serve hot.
