Recipe for Sabz Shahi
Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tbsp red chilly Powder
- 1 brinjal
- 1 tsp Cumin (seeds)
- 2 tomato
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 cup capsicum
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 cup peas
- 2 Onion sliced
- 1 tbsp all Spices
- 1 cup beans
- 4 coriander Leaves
- to taste salt
- 2 Potato (Aloo)
- 4 green Chillies
- 1/2 kilo Rice
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup Fenugreek leaves
Cooking Directions
Heat oil in a pan and fry onions till light brown
Now add chopped fenugreek leaves, garlic,ginger and all seasonings with little water Cook for 2mins
Add finely chopped tomatoes and fry well
Add chopped spinach and all the rest
Cook vegetables for 25mins and remove.
Boil rice till half done.
Give layers and cover for 15mins Serve hot
