• 800 grams chicken drumsticks
• 4 tsps Ginger & garlic paste
• 1 tsp Turmeric powder
• 2 tsps Red chili powder
• Salt
• 1 cup Oil
• 2 tsps Black peppercorns
• 3 tbsps Lemon juice
• 4 tsps Green coriander chopped
• 1/2 tsp garam masala

Mix together the ginger garlic paste , turmeric, red chili paste and salt

Marinate the chicken drumsticks in this mixture and keep aside for 25 mins

Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken till golden brown in color.Remove and keep aside

In a wok add chicken along with marinade and all other ingredients.Stir-fry chicken is fully cooked.
Serve hot
