Recipe for Japanese Tepyanki Chicken
Ingredients
- Chicken boneless ½ kg
- Onion 1 chopped
- Carrot cubes 1
- Mushrooms 1 cup
- Cabbage ½ cup crushed
- Garlic 1 tbsp crushed
- Brown sugar 2 tsp
- Mustard paste 2 tsp
- Honey 2 tsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Oil 3-4 tbsp
- Sesame for garnishing
- Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
In a mixing bowl add chicken and soya sauce mix it well and set aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
Now heat the oil in a pan and fry crushed garlic and onion in it.
Then add marinated chicken in it for frying.
After this, stir fry carrot, cabbage and mushrooms add salt, mustard paste and honey mix it well and stir fry for 5 to 7 minutes.
Then add brown sugar, mix it and cook until the chicken gets tender.
In the end garnish with sesame and serve it.
