• bread crumbs 1 cup
• garlic powder 1 tsp
• salt 1 tsp
• black pepper powder 1 tsp
• dried thyme 1/2 tsp
• paprika 1/2 tsp
• mayonnaise 1/2 cup
• milk 1/2 cup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a medium bowl or gallon size resealable plastic bag, mix together the bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, pepper, thyme and paprikaIn other bowl whip mayonnaise and milk together

Now, here if your mayonnaise is but thin reduce the quantity of milk... adding milk in mayonnaise is just to make it a batter kind mixture

Coat the chicken pieces with mayonnaise mixture
place chicken pieces in bowl with bread crumb mixture and coat until well coated

Place chicken pieces in baking tray covered with foil and then place a grill on it. and bake for 45 minutes or until juices run clear serve warm and enjoy :)
