Recipe for Chicken Roast

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 kg whole chicken | (1-1/2 Kilo Salim Murghi Ka Ghosht)
  • To taste salt | (Namak Hasb-e-Zaika)
  • 4-6 (cloves) Garlic | (4-6 Long or Lehsan)
  • 1 medium onion | (1 Darmiana Piaz)
  • 2tbs Tomato paste | (2 tbs Tamatar ki Paste)
  • 2-3tbs Oil | (2-3 tbs Ghee Ya Tail)
  • 4-6 Green chilies | (4-6 Sabz Mirch)
  • 1tsp Red pepper (crushed) | (1 tbs Lal Pissi Hui Mirch)
  • 1tsp cumin seeds (grounded) | (1tsp Pissa Hua Zeera)

Cooking Directions

Chop the onion, blend garlic and green chillies. Now mix garlic, onion, salt, red pepper, cumin seeds, green chillies, tomato paste and oil in a large size pan.

It is necessary that the pan should be of large size otherwise the taste may suffer.

Then marinate the chicken with this mixture and cover it in a fridge for 2-3 hours.

Pre-heat the oven on 200c for 20 min. Put the aluminum foil on the oven tray. Now put the marinated chicken on that tray and bake it in the oven for 1 hour.
