Recipe for MINT RAITA
Ingredients
- 2.1/2 cups Yogurt
- 1 cup Mint leaves
- 2 Green chilies
- 1/2 tsp Black salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 chat masala
Cooking Directions
Wash mint leaves. Make paste of green chilies and mint leaves in a blender and keep aside.
In a bowl, stir yogurt until it is smooth..
Add black salt, sugar and chat masala in the yogurt.
Now add the mint paste, mix well and refrigerate it for 1-2 hours before serving.
