Recipe for Raita Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cups of plain yogurt
- Salt to taste
- Red chil powder (pinch),
- Parsely flakes ( to give it some color)
- 1 medium size tomato (chopped)
- 1 small onion
- 1 good size hot green pepper (2 or 3 if they r little)
Cooking Directions
Mix plain yogurt with a good size spoon, so it becomes smooth
Add salt, red chil powder, parsely flakes, tomato, onion and green pepper to the yogurt
Mix to bring all the ingredients together...
You are done, serve and enjoy!
