Recipe for LASAN KA ACHAAR
Ingredients
- 250 grams Garlic
- 4 red chilies
- 3 lemons
- 2 1/2 cups Mustard Oil
- 2 tbsps fenugreek seeds
- 2 tbsps Salt
Cooking Directions
Squeeze the juice of lemons and put in a jar Peel garlic, wash and dry well and put into the lemon juice and salt Shake well and keep aside
Heat little oil, fry the chilies and fenugreek seeds. Remove and grind them
Let the oil cool and pour into the jar with chilies and fenugrrek seeds powder Shake the jar well Ready to use
