Recipe for GOOSEBERRY CHUTNEY
Ingredients
- 300 grams Coriander leaves
- 150 grams Green chilies
- 350 grams Gooseberry (cut into small pieces)
- to taste Salt
- 1 Ginger (small piece)
Cooking Directions
Remove the gooseberry seeds. Chop ginger and green chilies.
In a grinder add everything together and grind well to form a paste Serve as required
