Recipe for Fried Chicken
Ingredients
- Chicken – 500 gm
- Marination Stuff
- White Vinegar – 1/2 cup
- Garlic Powder -1 Table spoon
- Mustard Powder – 1 Table spoon
- Peprika Powder – 1 Table spoon
- Salt – as per taste
- Black Pepper – 2 Table spoon
- Coating
- White Flour – 1/2 cup
- Black Pepper – 1 tea spoon
- Peprika Powder – 1 tea spoon
- Baking Powder – 2 tea spoon
- Corn Flour – 1/2 cup
Cooking Directions
Marinate the chicken in said ingredients and place in fridge for at least 12 hours.
At time of cooking make sure the chicken is fully dry. Place the chicken pieces on a stainer and let any marination drip down.
Mix the Dry coating stuff in an open bowl and then roll chicken in this coating. Make sure the chicken pieces are fully coated. Next deep fry the chicken.
