Recipe for Deep fried chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 —eggs, (lightly beaten in the blinder/processor)
  • 1 1/2 —pounds skinless, boneless chicken – breast halves — cut into about 1 inch cubes
  • 1/2 —tspon salt ( or as per taste)
  • 1/2 — tspon black pepper
  • 1 — tblspn sesame oil
  • 1 —- tblspn rice flour
  • 1 — tblspn soy sauce
  • 1/8 — tspon chicken bouillon granules
  • 1/2 — tspon white sugar
  • 1 —tblspn minced garlic
  • 1 — tblspn grated fresh ginger root
  • 3 — tblspn potato starch
  • oil for frying

Cooking Directions

In a large deep bowl, keep together ginger, salt, eggs, sugar, garlic, pepper, sesame oil, soy sauce, and bouillon. Keep together chicken pieces, and stir to coat.

Keep Cover, and keep in freezer for 30/min.

Keep away bowl from freezer, add potato starch and rice flour to meat, & add gentle.

again In a large skillet(wok) or deep fryer, heat up oil to 365Degrees F or185 degrees C. keep chicken in boiled-oil, & fry till it turn golden-brown. Cook meat in batches to keep oil-temperature.

Drain briefly on paper towels and serve.
