Recipe for GREEN CHILLI PICKLE
Ingredients
- Pinch Turmeric powder
- to taste Salt
- 100 grams Green chillies
- 2 tbsps Mustard oil
- 1 tbsp Fennel powder
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds grinded
Cooking Directions
Wash and wipe green chillies. Let it dry in sun for an hour.
Remove caps and divide into 2 lengthwise.
Heat mustard oil to smoking point.
Turn off the heat. When the oil cools down add turmeric powder. Let it cool completely.
Mix salt and rest of the spices.
Fill them in an airtight bottle and pour mustard oil over them. Close the lid of the bottle and shake it
Keep bottle in sun for 2 days. Serve
